SOM buildings are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. when classes are in session. SOM students, faculty, and staff may gain access with their Yale IDs at other times.
For events involving non-SOM individual, a member of the hosting group must be preset to welcome guests to Evans Hall. Those who do not have a Yale affiliation are required to complete the vaccine attestation before they are permitted to attend SOM programming.

If you need to pay for parking for a guest speaker at Evans Hall garage, email SOMEvents@yale.edu with the following information:
Please note: C&F does not cover parking fees for guest speakers, so the funds for parking will have to come from the Club's External Account. If you need this COA, please contact SOM Clubs for the information.
The loading dock must be used for all event deliveries to Evans Hall. No deliveries are permitted through the traffic circle in front of the building. Clients are required to notify the SOM Events Office of any expected deliveries. Deliveries cannot be supported on Sundays.
For catering drop off orders, all deliveries should be made to the loading dock. SOM Facilities has carts available for transporting materials and they can be found at the dock.
There is not storage available in Evans Hall. Items for an event cannot be stored in the building outside of the event time. Please contact SOMEvents if you have any questions or concerns about your event materials.
