Branding for Club Items, Products, and Gifts

Using Yale and/or SOM Logos, Fonts or any copyrighted material under Yale Corporation must be approved before production is started on your items.

Every design must be reviewed and approved, including revisions.


Email Ben Mattison, cc'ing SOMclubs@yale.edu, to get approval on your design before you submit for production with your vendor.

For all marketing tools, initiate your marketing request with the following information:

Event Title, Heading, Headline etc.

Event Date, Time, Location

Official Event Description (250 characters max.)

Marketing Start/Stop Date & Time

Call to action, RSVP link, QR code, URL etc.

Name of Club Hosting (and your co-hosts)
