Our Mission

Our mission as the Private Equity & Venture Capital Club is to raise the profile of the Yale School of Management ("SOM") in the private capital community and support members with access to education, practical training, and networking opportunities to accelerate their career development in this space.

We focus on three core pillars: delivering robust education to our community, providing hands-on learning opportunities, and facilitating career connections for those looking to transition into the field.

We will visit their facility to dive deep into Oxylus' innovative e-methanol technology and learn first-hand from the founding team about the company's impressive growth story, early challenges, and long-term potential to revolutionize clean energy and green chemicals.

Join the PE & VC Club for a speaker session featuring Shivam Goyal, Venture Partner at Endeavor Capital (multi-stage VC firm based out of NYC). Previously, Shivam has been both a founder and a product leader, and his work has been recognized by Forbes as an Under 30 Scholar and by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper. Shivam will share his insights on evaluating startups and navigating an increasingly complex investment ecosystem.
