Net Impact

The umbrella social impact club at SOM.

Welcome to Net Impact at SOM!

What is Net Impact?

Net Impact is the overarching social impact club at the Yale School of Management.  We provide career development support through networking events with alumni and social sector organizations, interview preparation and skill-building workshops, job treks, and relevant speaker events. We also facilitate conversations and connections across the community by partnering with other clubs and students who are passionate about social and environmental impact.

What does Net Impact do?

Net Impact sponsors or co-sponsors more than 45 events and workshops each year.  Events include a conference on philanthropy attended by more than 300 hundred people, a non-profit casing workshop, job treks across the country, and an annual case competition sponsored by Deloitte Consulting. We also organize and sponsor the attendance of a large group of students at the national Net Impact Conference each year.

Net Impact strives to promote the social sector by fostering a community of like-minded students, faculty and alumni, educating that community on current topics related to social impact and advocating for curriculum, admissions and career development support.
