Are you a Yale SOM student planning on pursuing an social impact internship this summer? You may be eligible for funding from the Internship Fund!
To qualify, you must be:
- Interning at a non-profit organization, such as 501(c)(3) or international equivalent, public sector, or government entity
- Working full-time (35+ hours / week)
- May not have received IF support before
- May not also be receiving support from CDO Small Business Internship Program

Once you have secured a qualifying internship, complete the IF Funding Request Form by April 18, 2025.
Deadline may be extended depending on number of requests; afterwards, applications will be considered on a rolling first-come, first-served basis
You may qualify for the following donor-funded awards if your internship focuses on the following areas:
- Judith Bernstein Memorial Fund: working with family planning, reproductive rights, and/or improving access to fulfill basic human needs (including but not restricted to food, housing, healthcare)
- Linnie and Michael Katz '76 Award: interning at NGOs or Inter-Governmental organizations whose mission focuses on welfare, humanitarian, or economic issues in developing countries
Depending on funding availability, recipient for these two donor-funded awards may qualify for a small amount of additional stipend.
