The mission of The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, an alliance of leading American business schools and some of our country's top corporations, is to enhance diversity in business education and leadership by helping to reduce the serious underrepresentation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both our member schools' enrollments and the ranks of management.

We host many events throughout the school year, including but not limited to the following: Consortium Fall Retreat, Cookies and Coffee with Consortium, Consortium Spring Retreat, Spring Picnic
At Consortium's Yale chapter, we equip members with the tools needed for career advancement, driving forward both individual success and collective impact.
We build camaraderie within our Consortium community and allies by hosting small and large group gatherings, enabling students to take a break from recruiting and studying and catch up with friends.
Stack offers a clean and contemporary look to suit a range of purposes from corporate, tech startup, marketing site to digital storefront.
