Move Smart, Break Less: Innovation at the AI Frontier
April 10, 2026
The Responsible AI in Global Business Conference is the Yale SOM AI Association's flagship event: a multidisciplinary conference that aims to address the technological, managerial, societal, policy, and regulatory aspects of responsible AI.
The 2026 Conference theme is Move Smart, Break Less: Innovation at the AI Frontier. As AI transitions from a "future tech" to a daily reality, the real challenge for the next generation of leaders is balancing rapid innovation with global responsibility.

For AI to fulfill its vast potential and avoid ‘unintended consequences’, leaders must consider the potential impact of AI on consumers, employees, investors, citizens, and other stakeholders. To facilitate this holistic view, Yale is convening a multi-disciplinary conference that will bring together leaders from business, academia, and the policy-making community. The goal is to collaboratively navigate the path of responsible AI development and adoption.
