Professional Communication Center

About Us

The Professional Communication Center is a collaboration between the Yale School of Management and the Yale Center for Language Study. Our aim is to help you improve your global communication skills and successfully address your communication needs.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Students can come meet with us to work on course papers and presentations, practice for interviews, or refine cover letters and resumes. We are here to support short-term needs as well as long-term skill building as desired. We also offer specialized support for multilingual or second-language speakers.

Individual sessions can be booked using Calendly and are available during the academic year. Contact Cynthia DeRoma ( if you face any problems booking an appointment.

Our workshop roster includes topics like pronunciation, small talk, effective emails, and presentation skills. These highly-interactive sessions are capped at small numbers to maximize participation and customization.

Check our upcoming events below for dates and descriptions of upcoming workshops as they become available.
