The Office of Community Engagement and Dialogue (OCED) at Yale School of Management (SOM) actively organizes programs and events that foster community engagement with our students, staff, faculty, and alumni. We value the programmatic offerings provided by these groups and to strengthen our collaborations, we are introducing the Internal Program and Event Partnerships (IPEP) model.
IPEP is a proposal-based model designed to enhance the quality of our collaborative programming and event planning across stakeholder groups without oversaturating the OCED and SOM event calendar. This model allows us to co-create programs and events with all facets of the community while maintaining a commitment to a high-quality and high-impact experience for the hosts and attendees while achieving Yale SOM’s standard of excellence.
Please see below for the IPEP Criteria and how student clubs, staff departments, faculty/academic departments, and alumni can get involved. The OCED team will reference these criteria when completing deliberations. OCED reserves the right to decline proposals that do not fit the criteria, the OCED mission, and/or the SOM mission.
