Mission
SOM Serves is Student Government's newest committee, started in the Spring of 2019. We believe that deep connections with our students and staff happen when we're serving others, so we are proud to work as the central volunteering source for Yale SOM. Our mission is to maintain a social enterprise network in the community, set up re-occurring opportunities for the student body to connect with them in various ways, and put on the yearly SOM Serves Week of Service. We collect volunteering hours for the student body.

The Yale School of Management ("Yale SOM") Student Government is the principal means by which students collectively shape their Yale SOM experience and the experience of future classes. The institution fosters communication, respect and understanding among students, faculty, staff and alumni in order to maintain and enhance the Yale School of Management's unique place in the field of business education.
