Fempire Colloquium

Fempire is a colloquium used to create a space for addressing the pressing issues affecting women today. Fempire is hosted by Women in Management (WIM). WIM Is the largest affinity group at Yale School of Management created to support women personally and professionally and empower allies to be agents of change at school and beyond.

This year's colloquium theme will be Women as the Main Character. We will focus on how women champion for themselves and have been able to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Topics include: mentorship & sponsorship, imposter syndrome, how to factor your biological clock into your life/career, and growing your career while growing a family. List of speakers is provided below.

First 90 in-person attendees will receive a swag bag and be entered into a raffle for a $50+ item!
