Hola, Olá and Hi Familia Latina!
 
We’re excited to kick-off the year with the Latino Leadership Association’s (LLA) first meeting this Thursday, 12:00-12:45, in room, 4200!
 
During this meeting we’ll be introducing the club, our goals, leadership opportunities and the timeline of events we have planned! Also, make sure to join us for an informal happy hour at Ana Liffey’s following Thursday’s Closing Bell!
 
Lastly, at LLA we are committed to helping Yale SOM’s diversity recruitment efforts. On Sept 22-23, SOM we’ll be hosting SOM Communities: Discover Diverse Perspectives, an event that invites perspective students from underrepresented minority backgrounds to visit SOM. We are looking to host 20-25 students minimum (expect total attendance of ~75). Please consider hosting, it’s a great way to help SOM be a more diverse and inclusive school.
