RSVP for The 21st Wharton Africa Business Forum, November 15 - November 17th 

The 21^st Annual Wharton Africa Business Forum, “Succeeding in Africa: Translating Opportunities into Growth”, will be held on Friday November 15^th
- Sunday November 17^th. Wharton is offering Yale SOM students a group discount: $85 for attending the conference, gala and after party on Saturday November 16^th.

Please RSVP by Sunday, October 27th at 6pm to let us know whether you will be attending this event. You are able to use your ~$150 ELC credit for this conference. You should attend because…

• You are interested in learning more about how to do business and invest in Africa. You will be able to learn from industry experts, network with high profile speakers and attendees
• You want to deepen your knowledge on the latest African business trends and meet inspiring individuals involved in entrepreneurship, investing and/or social impact work on the continent
• You want to work in Africa. If you chose to attend, your resume will be distributed to the companies who will attend the WABF Africa Expo and eventually organize coffee chats with students they’re interested in recruiting
• You want to party with an international crowd. There will be a gala and very popular after party on Saturday night

Transportation and Lodging

• You can take either fly (out of Tweed), take the train (Amtrak) or ride the bus (Megabus from New York)
• The University of Pennsylvania has negotiated discounted rates on behalf of its students and visitors. We recommend staying at the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately the BBA is not able to provide additional funding to cover the transportation and lodging at this conference. However, we still encourage you to attend!
