Slay Sesh of the Week (i.e. a workout you should do)

The man in the picture is RICK ROSS. He is a rapper  and former corrections officer who started doing to CROSSFIT to lose weight and began calling it ROSSFIT. Don't be like Rozay and sacrifice your belly gainzzz.

Here's your weekly SLAY SESH:
Round 1 -
20 Kb Swings 1 Goblet Squat 1 Pushup
20 Kb Swings 2 Goblet Squats 2 Pushups
20kb Swings 3 Goblet Squats 3 Pushups
20 Kb Swings 4 Goblet Squats 4 Pushups

You get the idea. All the way about to 10 Goblet Squats and then back down if your hamstrings haven't filed a complaint with AASL.

Destress and detox with a 60 minute power vinyasa yoga class taught by Jocina. This is a great way to chill out before finals work off some treats before the holidays :)

Beginners welcome and encouraged! Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat if you have one (we'll have a few extras). Open to students, partners, faculty and staff.
