VETERAN'S CLOSING BELL PT SESSION and DISCOUNT
 

Former U.S. Army Officer Ryan Degnan (hooah) and Forever Devil Dog Vaman Muppala (rah) will be hosting a special Veteran's themed morning workout (PT) as a Fit for Thought and Veteran's Club co-event at 0700-0745 Wednesday Nov. 10th in the Courtyard. 
Wear running shoes and athletic clothing or business formal if you want. It'll be fun, you'll get a great workout for free, and we will only scream at you if you sign a waiver and specifically ask us to! And remember to tell your friends about the awesome Veteran's Closing Bell Disocunt

Come stretch and zen out with a 60 minute power vinyasa yoga class taught by Jocina Becker. It is a perfect way to stretch out and relax from the craziness of fall 2!

Beginners welcome and encouraged! Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat if you have one (we'll have a few extras). Open to students, partners, faculty and staff.
