Hudson Yards: Reinventing the Heart of New York City Panel Event

Are you interested in learning how the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States was made possible? If so, please join us for an intimate discussion led by the innovators at the center of the project – Hudson Yards in NYC.

On April 19th, The Yale Real Estate Club will be hosting a panel on Hudson Yards, the largest urban regeneration and economic development project in the world. The project, which is roughly equal to more than 6 Empire State Buildings in size, will not only change the city skyline but also reposition the city center to the west side of Manhattan.

The project is primarily a joint-venture between Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and New York City.  From financing and rezoning to building stakeholder engagement and structuring a successful partnership, we will explore the challenges and possibilities of implementing a project on a massive scale.
