Join us for a coffee-tasting session, Olmo bagels, and a moderated discussion with Lalo Perez Varona.
Lalo is an impact entrepreneur and farmer working at the intersection of coffee and biological agriculture. He founded BUNA, a B-Corp certified specialty coffee company built in a producing country; Biofilia, a consultancy introducing innovative biological practices to crops like nuts, fruits, and grains; Rhizela, a venture to quickly scale functional and biodiverse inoculation across Europe; and Ikaria, a vertically integrated regenerative coffee farm and roaster creating rare, fine coffees from Mexico.
