Dan Wolchonok '13 is a product leader and entrepreneur. Early in his career founded PrepWork, a startup that was acquired by HubSpot. He went on to spend nearly a decade at Reforge — the professional development platform for tech operators — where he served as Head of Product and Analytics, helping grow the company's product and data capabilities.

Most recently, Dan founded Work Coach, an AI-powered coaching tool designed to help professionals understand and improve how they show up in the workplace. Work Coach works by listening in on meetings locally on a user's device — with no bot joining the call — and over time builds a personalized coaching profile by identifying patterns and blind spots in how someone communicates and leads.
