Spoken communication in a multilingual environment can occasionally be frustrating due to misunderstandings we're not even aware of. This session will focus on English and a few other languages commonly used in the United States to home in on the features most likely to lead to miscommunication when speaking to people from different linguistic backgrounds. Whether your mother tongue is English or another language, there will be something to learn here.
