These are the value investing books that I think any value investor should read.
If you can only read 5, then I would say T(1), T(2), T(4), L(1) & L(2).
If you have very little time, then I would adjust that to T(2), T(4), L(1), L(4) & E(1).
Basically, T(1) and L(2) are not quick or easy reads, so if you're time constrained, you can probably defer them until later. Also, E(1) through E(3) are a little difficult to find, so try the library.

(3) The Essays of Warren Buffett by Warren Buffet (compiled by Lawrence Cunningham)
(4) The Little Book on Behavioral Investing by James Montier
(5) The Little Book That (Still) Beats the Market by Joel Greenblatt
Extras:
(1) Mosaic: Perspectives on Investing by Mohnish Pabrai
(2) The Dhandho Investor: The Low-Risk Value Method to High Returns by Mohnish Pabrai
(3) Margin of Safety by Seth Klarman
