Founded in 2015, Search Fund Accelerator (SFA) is a community of searchers who support each other through the search, acquisition and operating phases of ETA. SFA funded the searches of Justin Schulte (SOM'19) and Alora Cash (SOM' 25) and Justin's acquisition of A-1 Elevator Service.

Sean O'Neill is a Partner in SFA's Denver office. After working in private equity, consulting and investment banking, he ran a traditional search and bought a security and fire alarm business. He was its CEO for over six years and then sold it. He now works with SFA searchers and CEOs as a coach, thought partner and board member.
