Isabel Moore is an MBA candidate at Yale School of Management. She is passionate about driving decarbonization in both the private and public sectors, with a particular interest in stakeholder engagement, supply chain, and product innovation. During Summer 2021, Isabel worked as a sustainability fellow at Etsy, where she focused on climate risk, ESG reporting, and human rights.
Prior to Yale, Isabel worked on the operations team at Casper, where she helped launch a corporate sustainability program. She managed waste reduction strategies for returned mattresses and bedding products, developed nonprofit and recycling partnerships, and facilitated donations and disaster relief initiatives.
Isabel is originally from San Francisco, CA and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College with a degree in Political Science.
