Full-Time Consulting Recruiting Bootcamp: Day 2

This event is intended primarily for second-year students pursuing full-time consulting recruiting, while also welcoming one-year degree students and Silver Scholars recruiting for full-time opportunities.

Day 2 of the Full-Time Consulting Recruiting Bootcamp is designed to move from strategy into execution.
This session will be highly interactive and focused on practical recruiting preparation through live drills, mock interviews, and structured peer work. Students will apply the frameworks and recruiting strategies introduced during Day 1 while receiving feedback from Consulting Club leadership and experienced second-year students.
Day 2 will focus on:


Live case interview practice


Behavioral interview drills


McKinsey vs. Bain/BCG interview style differences


Structuring answers under pressure


Peer feedback and coaching


Building accountability groups and casing schedules


Preparing for the compressed full-time recruiting timeline


Students should come prepared to actively participate, case with peers, and receive direct feedback.
