Full-Time Consulting Recruiting Bootcamp: Day 1

This event is intended for students seriously pursuing full-time consulting recruiting this fall.

Preparing for full-time consulting recruiting is very different from internship recruiting. The timeline is compressed, expectations are higher, and preparation needs to start immediately.

This bootcamp is designed primarily for 2Y MBAs recruiting for full-time consulting roles, while also welcoming one-year degree students and Silver Scholars pursuing full-time opportunities.

Day 1 will focus on:

Understanding the full-time recruiting timeline
Building an effective casing strategy
Behavioral interview preparation
Differences between major consulting firms
Common mistakes candidates make during FT recruiting
Creating a structured prep plan for September and October

The session will be primarily in-person to maximize engagement and collaboration. A Zoom option may be available closer to the event date.

Students should come prepared to:

Participate actively
Meet potential case partners
Develop a weekly recruiting plan
Commit to a consistent casing schedule throughout the recruiting period
