Pinot Noir is perhaps the most ‘sensitive’ black grape. It is best known for ‘showing’ its terroir transparently: smelling and tasting of the place where it is grown. Burgundy may be its birthplace and greatest region, but the love of Pinot Noir has led passionate wine growers to plant it all around the globe. We will explore the uniqueness of Pinot grown in France, New Zealand, California, Oregon, South Africa, Chile….
