What to Bring:
- A full change of clothes (including extra shoes)
- Sturdy outdoor shoes
- 1-liter water bottle (we’ll refill throughout)
- Backpack with 25 lbs of added weight ( dumbbell wrapped in a towel, sandbag, etc)

Disclaimer:
This event includes a steep trail section that will require hands-and-feet scrambling, and brief exposure to cold water. Participants must be in good health, in good shape, and in prepared the morning of the event.
