Join us for Social Impact Lab! Over lunch, we will hear from Yihemba Yikona '24 about Power Africa, a U.S. government-led partnership to increase energy access in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Yihemba Yikona is a third-year joint MBA/MPP candidate at the Yale School of Management and the Jackson School of Global Affairs. After her first year at Jackson, Yihemba interned for a social enterprise startup in Mexico City developing a business model and organizational strategy to address urban poverty more effectively. The following summer, she interned at Boston Consulting Group in Washington, D.C.

Prior to Yale, Yihemba led communications at a girls’ education organization in Guatemala.
