Speaker: Fanta Traore
Fanta Traore (’24) will discuss her experience founding The Sadie Collective, America’s first nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the pipeline and pathway for Black women’s careers in economics and related fields. She will share her learnings from creating the Sadie Collective with a consideration for the unique intersectional needs of Black women & decision-making points to service this group in response to the market failure of the economics profession.
