Applications
Independent Study Opportunity w/ CBEY Finance, Food & Ag Systems, with a team of 3 amazing food and ag finance leaders: Mark Watson, Gray Harris, Dorothy Suput, and is phase-one of a longer-term project to improve food and farm systems and financing for them in the northeast US.The project involves research to create an annotated bibliography about farm and food system capital activation projects, planning efforts, grants, and existing landscape analyses.
Looking for a student with strong finance and food system knowledge, and the ability to conduct this research as an independent study with guidance from the team and me. There is some flexibility in the number of credit hours for this project, completed at different research depths, ranging from 1 to 3 credits, with work and hours adjusted accordingly. Any student who is interested can send an email to me at tagan.engel@yale.edu, briefly explaining their interest, related knowledge/experience, and attaching a resume. Full project description here and attached.
We are also highlighting numerous volunteer and giving opportunities this week.
