  • Kaan Ardic - Student Orientation Leader for Red Cohort

He/Him| MBA '26 | Student Orientation Leader for Red Cohort

He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Engineering from UC Berkeley. While at Berkeley, he collaborated with Blue Goji, a startup developing VR equipped exercise equipment. A dual citizen of Turkey and the United States, Kaan enjoys watching and playing many sports, personal fitness, and playing with his golden retriever in his free time. This summer, he will be interning in Cupertino with Apple as a Global Supply Manager.

  • Karan David - Student Orientation Leader for GBS Cohort

He/Him | MBA '26 | Student Orientation Leader for GBS Cohort

Karan is a professional problem solver and corporate strategist passionate about delivering high-impact solutions and building authentic, meaningful relationships. At Bain & Company, he advised investors and CXOs on high-stakes decisions across tech, consumer, healthcare, and real estate. At Electronic Arts, he led growth strategy across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, launching mobile gaming partnerships and managing multi-billion-dollar franchise rollouts. This summer he will be working with IBM’s corporate strategy team.

Grounded in his Christian faith, Karan sees his work – and life – as an opportunity to do the best he can with what he has.

When he’s not deep in a spreadsheet or making a slide look pretty, Karan is probably spiraling about which fragrance best matches ‘mildly stressed but trying’ or explaining to someone why loyalty points are basically modern-day currency. He has an unhealthy attachment to his Spotify playlist and believes a good documentary can change your worldview – and your weekend plans. He’s equal parts overthinker and enthusiast, always chasing deep conversations, random trivia, and the occasional killer deal.

Karan's on-campus involvement: Title-IX Working Group, Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation, Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute, Teaching Assistant for multiple courses

Favorite spot in New Haven: Any SOM classroom where a professor is on a roll, the whiteboard looks like a beautiful mind map of chaos, and someone just asked, ‘Can we go back to slide 7?’ – chef’s kiss.
