Retail Club is pleased to host our first event of Spring 2, the Luxury Retail Panel!

We will be joined by three alumni panelists who will share their experiences working in the retail luxury space: 

Aisuluu Eralieva – Lafayette 148, Director
Aisuluu is the Director of Customer Acquisition at Lafayette 148 New York, a vertically integrated women’s fashion brand known for clean-lined designs that fuse luxurious fabrics, craftsmanship, and a modern sensibility inspired by New York City. Aisuluu has also worked for Escada, Ermenegildo Zegna Group, Louis Vuitton, and UBS. She graduated from Yale SOM in 2013.

Karin Dillie – The RealReal,  Director 
Karin is the Director of Trusts and Estates at The RealReal, the leader in authenticated luxury consignment. Prior to graduating from Yale SOM in 2016, Karin oversaw the sale of trusts, estates, and single owner collections at Sotheby’s. 

Michelle Evans – Bespoke Post, VP (SOM '07)
Michelle is the VP of Merchandising and Buying at Bespoke Post, a high-end men’s subscription box service. Michelle has also worked for Tiffany & Co, Gilt Groupe, Walmart-backed start-up Jetblack, and social retail platform Chloe + Isabel. Michelle graduated from Yale SOM in 2007.
