A short in-person session to refresh body and mind before the weekend. Bring your mat, but one is not required; just presence, gentle movement, and space to reset.

Hosted by the Yale LGBTQ Center, this session explores how we are socialized with regards to sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression and provides fundamental awareness of basic allyship practices.
This workshop aims to increase the awareness of student, faculty, staff, and community members on topics and issues pertaining to working with sexual and gender minorities at Yale University.
