Join our weekly yoga sessions! Fit for Thought and Health&Wellness are relaunching yoga at SOM on Tuesdays 6-7pm. Room 4220. Some of the many benefits of yoga include: increased flexibility, strength, mental focus and reduction of stress. Classes are suited for all levels of experience. Expect to move through a series of physical postures with attention to movement and breathing. Taught by a fellow Yalie grad student @chars_yoga.
Free for Fit For Thought members, with $8 suggested donation for non-members. Please bring a mat if you have one (there are also a couple mats in the fitness center for borrowing).
