Jeff Salazar, the VP of Design at Lunar (recently acquired by McKinsey), will talk about how the design thinking process was applied to new product development of Oral B toothbrush design and how the management consulting firm McKinsey can drive a synergy between business management and design thinking from the recent acquisition.
