ALBA, AHLAS, and the newly created Yale SOM Hispanic/Latino alumni affinity group known as SOMos Yale will facilitate a discussion between students and alumni on what it means to navigate management as a Hispanic/Latino. The event will start with an alumni speaker panel featuring Karen J. Mercado Leyva ('98), Ivan Camponogara ('21), and Lucila Imperiale ('05) followed by small group discussions.
